February 1 Nominations process opens.
April 14 Nominations process closes; all nominations must be submitted online by April 14, and all supporting materials -- copyright release, additional review copies, and signed nomination -- must be postmarked by April 14 and received by April 19, 2010.
Late September 2010 Winners notified.
October 22 Winners honored at awards ceremony in Washington, D.C.
